Our Expertise
The Extend Pharmacy Group of companies consists of over 60 oncology pharmacists and specialists with a combined total of over 250 years of experience in oncology pharmacy. Through our years of clinical work we have identified an opportunity to improve cancer-focused care for patients within community pharmacies. Our work is informed by clinical best-practices as defined by Cancer Care Ontario, the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology and the Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Key Performance Indicators.
